Delete your MotoMoto account

• In the MotoMoto app: renters open the Profile tab, owners open the Account tab, then tap Delete Account.
• On the website: log in and go to Account → Delete account.
• By email: write to privacy@moto-moto.app from the email address on your account.

Your account is closed 30 days after the request. You can cancel by signing in during that time.

Your profile, photo, listings and sign-in. You are shown as “Deleted user” in chats and reviews.

Booking and payment records for up to 7 years for tax and legal reasons, and security and fraud-prevention data, such as IP addresses and sign-in history, for as long as needed to prevent fraud. Details are in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
